a nice lake but it has seemingly no tlc, unable to overhead cast on some swims due to the tree branches being no more than 3ft from your head when your sat down. not much bites for anyone all day, but thats not the fisheries fault. built in rodrests on the platforms is a lovley touch however

Had a great time at the fishery today. Staff onsite gave some good advice, and I managed to land an 8lb carp. Great for relaxing and catching.

Very clean and tidy. Good quality and quantity of Carp.First time here ,took my time to pick a peg where I could cast my pellet waggle rod without catching trees.I caught well and got 20 carp of various sizes .Best was probably about 7lb .

Very nice little fishery. Very picturesque. i fish the pole and the feeder, the layout is perfect for that. Stamp of fish so far (only fished here twice) is between about 4 and 8 pounds although I think I lost a couple bigger. In terms of difficulty , I would say somewhere in the middle. 7 hours of fishing saw us bag 25 fish between two of us. Only one thing I would suggest for improvement is some of the swims are a difficult overhead cast due to the overhanging oaks so trimming back a couple of feet off them would help lots for accurate feeder casting :) or bring a shorter feeder rod :) so far this is the best new fishery I have found in the last two years , highly rec’d

Lovely quiet venue. There are no monsters in the lake but that is not what it is about. If you like peaceful fishing in a quiet venue well away from the crowds then this is it.

My favourite venue, beautiful little lake. I recently found it and love it every time I go, a bit of a challenge to catch, which I like.
