I bought a 2012 Land Rover Discovery 4 from Chris 12 months ago. It came with an excellent service history and good mileage. So how's it been? I am very pleased with my LR Discovery HSE from Driven CC. Great communications and I found Chris really helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at any point to buy and when I did there was no drama. With realistic pricing, the vehicle was made ready and valeted to a very high standard (and I'm very fussy). We are very happy with this dealer and service, Chris is great to deal with and honest. We purchased a 4 series BMW and after 2 months it developed a miss fire, Chris agreed to have the car collected from BMW main dealers in Harold Wood and paid for the repair costs, that was down to 2 coil plugs and a new alternator. BMW in Harold Wood actually said the car needed a new oil pump chain plus 4 new injectors! How wrong were they being a main dealer. We cannot thank Chris enough and would definitely recommend Driven Car Collection Ltd to all our friends and family. Chris also provided free 12 months warrantee for added peace of mind. I had been looking for a low mileage example of a BMW M135I for about 8 weeks and had found a couple of cars with one being a 24000 mile 2013 but it had aftermarket parts and clearly was not a cherished example, but lucky enough a 26000 mile one came up on Autotrader at Driven Car Collection which looked fantastic with all the top spec being an ex demonstrator one owner car. I phoned Chris and questioned him about the car. He said it was a one of a kind and in immaculate condition as the previous owner had it as part of a small collection and that it has a full BMW service history and that the previous owner was meticulous with his serving and other works carried out on the car. On all of the detail that Chris had provided, I decided to view the car on Saturday 24 September. So I drove across from North Devon and was absolutely gob smacked when I saw the car in person! Chris had the car cleaned and detailed and kept in a marquee so it didn’t get wet and so I could see just what a stunning car it was and believe me the advert pictures did not do it justice. Quite simply put, what a car! It is like a brand new car but on a 13 reg! We went through the book pack which was packed with every single receipt and piece of work carried out on it. I have to say Chris as a motor sales professional is absolutely spot on, knowledgeable and happy to take as much time as you need to make the right decision which I have to say didn’t take me long! I don't often rate places as I'm quite lazy. However, I just got my second car from Chris and can't fault anything. About 5 years ago I brought a land rover discovery which was perfect.
